How to remove tooth gems:

Tooth gems are semi-permanent cosmetic adornments. Professional removal by a dentist or trained technician is strongly recommended, especially for firmly bonded gems.

At-home option (temporary or loosening gems only):

  1. Avoid pulling or twisting the gem.

  2. If the gem loosens naturally, gently slide a piece of dental floss between the tooth and the gem to help lift it off.

  3. If residue remains, do not attempt to scrape or file the tooth surface.

  4. After removal, rinse thoroughly and brush teeth as usual.

⚠️ Important: Tooth gems that are firmly bonded should only be removed by a licensed dental professional to avoid enamel damage. If resistance, discomfort, or sensitivity occurs, stop immediately and seek professional care.
